Alex Little and Karsten Jurkschat are Executive Creative Directors and Brand Consultants currently freelancing.

Together, they’ve shot a film for Amazon Prime, recruited and launched an NFL team, changed the way Australians learn to drive and created a sponge-worthy tribute to Elaine Benes with a broom and some wheat paste. Their work has been recognized at Cannes, D&AD, One Show, Clios, LIA and The Webby Awards. At a recent Cannes Lions, they were awarded nine lions including the Grand Prix for Good for their gun reform campaign, which helped shape the agenda of the US presidential election.

Alex and Karsten have led new business wins on Cadbury and Mondelez and their success at Cannes helped propel McCann New York to #2 Global Agency of the Year. They were named AdAge’s Top 3 Creative Directors of the Year in 2020 and The Drum’s Top 50 Creative Directors in the world in 2021. When they first started out together, they won Australia's Young Creatives of the Year and Australia’s Cannes Young Lions.
